SIS-211 · Issue row actions

The three text actions are gone from the issue row. Select the assignee avatar to Reassign or the due date to Extend Due Date. The arrow still opens the issue. Escalate remains on the issue detail page.

The avatar and due date also open their actions with a keyboard.
